Since we have a larger size smoker/grill, i make sure to cook a bunch of stuff at once as to not waste the charcoal.
So I marinaded steak and chicken breast. For the marinades I used:
For the steak I used a recipe by Emeril Lagasse

Now remember all I actually used was the marinade, and nothing else. Also I didnt feel like making "essence" so I just took what should have been in it and threw it in the marinade. WOW it was really tasty!
For the chicken breast I used a recipe for marinade by Bobby Flay

again only the marinade.
Then I wanted to try Cream Spinich. Now first you should know I dont like spinich and always hated the smell of it creamed. Can we SAY OMFG that was AWESOME!!! Jeremy said any time I want to make him a big bowl of that for a meal to feel free.

The thing that I did different was all i had was an 11 ounce package of baby spinich.
